FAQ

1. I have forgotten my username / my password – what do I have to do?

If you have forgotten your username or your Password, please click in the login Area in the top right corner on the "?" in the password field and enter the relevant data.
Please note that all details marked with a red star are mandatory.
As soon as you have entered your details we will send a link to your registered e-mail address with which you can select a new password.
You can also send an e-mail containing your details to service.en@interwetten.com.

2. What is cash-out and how does it work?

With the cash-out button our customers can have a placed bet paid out early, that is before the end of a game, to a certain amount.
The amount offered depends on the progress of the event that was bet on and can be higher or lower than the intitial bet, so that you can secure a win early or minimize a possible loss.
If the cash-out amount is smaller or matches the bet this will be shown by a yellow bar. If the cash-out amount is higher than the initial bet this is highlighted by a green bar.

3. How does the bonus work?

The bonus is already activated when you make a deposit. Please note that this bonus is not credited directly to your betting account but has to be cleared in 5 steps.
For a sports bet bonus it is important to know which minimum quota is required to clear it. This minimum quota is usually around 1.70. System bets don't count for bonus turnovers.
Furthermore, bonus offers are often valid for the casino area only. You find more detailed information incl. examples in the relevant bonus terms and conditions.

4. How can I verify my account and what is a consumption bill?

To verify your betting account please send us for security reasons a copy of your passport, as well as a consumption bill (mobile bill, electricity bill etc.) via e-mail to service.en@interwetten.com or upload it on our website under pay outs. Your name, address and a current date have to be clearly visible on a consumption bill.

5. Which deposit and pay out methods are available and how do they work?

6. What is the deposit and pay out period?

Deposit and pay out periods depend on the deposit or pay out option selected. A bank transfer for example will take 2 to 5 working days; credit card deposits will be credited immediately, credit card pay outs will be credited within 24 hours on working days.

7. Where can I find betting terms and conditions?

8. Where can I find bonus terms and conditions?

Various bonus terms and conditions can be found with the bonus offer or if you click on the bonus bar in your betting account.

9. How can I change my password?

To change your password first log in with your username and password. Then click on account statement and afterwards on password change in the left area. Now you have to enter your date of birth and your current password as well as select and confirm a new password.
We recommend a password consisting of upper and lower case, special characters and digits to ensure a very high level of security.
We also recommend to change the password periodically for example once a month.
